A games/media room also opens onto the swimming pool deck.The enormous kitchen caters to the most gourmet of cooks with state of the art Ilve appliances, Essa Stone bench tops, Italian Gessi taps and timber cabinetry. Huge sliding doors open off the kitchen to the outside entertaining areas and bifold windows again allow for tropical breezes to flow through.
 

This residence also includes a fitted laundry, bathroom with external entry for swimming pool access, garaging for 2 cars and a golf buggy. There is state of the art security with fully integrated CBUS wiring allowing for entry and/or exit shut down, intercom camera stations, and a Starserve network hub, phone/data/TV to all main rooms and bedrooms. There are 6 individual air conditioning units and instantaneous hot water.
