Vary well appointed and recently refurbished. Close to beach and Macrossan St.
Beautiful accommodation and highly recommend. We travelled with our almost 2 year old and stayed in most nights, the kitchen had everything we needed. There was some lawn space out the front of the apartment which we sat on with our little one to play and run around. All very secure. Apartment was clean, pool and spa was lovely. Place was very comfortable and location was perfect. Would stay again.
Great location, well equipped with all we needed
Location was great and apartment was well kitted out. Bed was very comfy. For us the stair light was just outside the bedroom window which interfered with our sleep as we like a dark bedroom otherwise all good. The kitchen had a few extras which made it easy if we wanted to cook anything. Only thing missing was a milk frother to go with the coffee machine which we didn't use because of that issue. Ok if you like black coffee.
Its our first time in Port Douglas and this beautiful apartment felt correct. The interior looks the same as photos. Its modern, clean and all the comforts of home. Its spacious as well and had adequate facilities should you wish to have a quiet night in. The location is right by the beach which is fantastic, and a good 500-800meter walk to the centre of Port douglas where all the action is. We loved waking up and having a swim @ the beach or walking around the lookout+town. Greatly stock with beach towels & little details to make your stay extra comfy.
We highly recommend staying at Beach retreat holiday apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, relaxing on the balcony, swimming in the pool and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen complete with Nespresso machine. The location was perfect. It was a short stumble across the street for beautiful sunrises over the ocean and stunning evening beach walks along four mile beach. Also only a small stroll to reach the main streets of Port Douglas. The interior is thoughtfully designed, advertised photos are a current and accurate representation of the property. The swimming pool and facilities were all well maintained and inviting. All aspects of the apartment were of a very high standard with welcoming touches throughout. We would highly recommend beach retreat 2 and would definitely come back again.
