Relax with family and friends at Bramston on the Beach. The large modern house, on a 713m2 allotment, is perfectly poised to take advantage of its total beach front location.  Just one hour south of Cairns Airport.

This three ensuite bedroom beachfront house with a double sofa bed in the study is perfect for groups or couples, with polished concrete flooring throughout the Kitchen and lounge room, seamlessly leading out to the large covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and infinity pool.  

The gourmet kitchen boasts a butler's pantry with second fridge and every kitchen gadget you could need, a gas stove top, large oven and steam oven.  The island bench contains plenty of dinnerware and crockery ready for a tropical feast, or maybe even the fish you catch from the beach.

The master bedroom is on the upper level with King bed and has beautiful hardwood flooring which leads you out to a large Balinese style balcony, the perfect place to escape and read a book. The view from the balcony is amazing.  There is also a small kitchenette in the master walk-in-robe, so you don't even need to go downstairs to have a cup of tea.  The master bedroom also has an adjoining ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, shower, twin basins and heated towel rails so you are nice and cozy.

The remaining bedrooms are located on ground level. Bed 2 is a King, Bed 3  can be 2 x Single Beds or can be zipped to a King  so can be arranged as singles or king beds to suit your family or friends, and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower.  The office looks over the pool and contains a sofabed, which is suitable for children only.

The whole property has fast wifi which is perfect for showing off your holiday snaps online.

There is a large laundry with washing, drying and ironing facilities, this is where you will find the broom which is handy to rid the deck of beach sand.

The garden's manicured lawns and tropical plants fringe the path that leads to the secluded beach and ocean beyond. There is great fishing straight off the beach or from the rock walls just south of the the property, and there is a swimming net just a short stroll north of the property.

If you don't feel like cooking there is also a great cafe just down the road.

This is really the perfect place if you're looking for a quiet, relaxed holiday with fabulous vibes and all modern conveniences.
